The
nose cone is the first option chosen by most customers, it is so handy!
The nose cone provides extra storage space, and can be fitted with a fridge/freezer on slide out rails.

The insulated nose cone stays
frozen for one week with CO2 ice (dry ice). It is an excellent cooler box
and drinks holder as shown in the photo.
Evaluation of the design proved that
the flat surface created by the front of the load bin deflected stones kicked up by the
tow vehicle. These stones may cause a broken rear window and paint
damage to the tow vehicle. A nose cone was
designed with the following aspects in mind: elegant lines to improve the box look of the
trailer, the angle selected in such a way that stones kicked up by the tow vehicle will be
deflected away from the vehicle and trailer. The nose cone is also in the ideal
position for a fridge or cooler box. The nose cone is available in two options:
plain, with no insulation,
insulated with poly-urethane foam,
with a stainless steel inside lining.
The insulated nose cone is very
efficient and remains frozen for one week when packed with frozen meat and dry
ice (CO2
ice).
